I love this steam mop. It heats up quickly and steams the floors clean, it’s light weight easy to use. I am very happy with this product I also like being able to wash and reuse the mop pads.

If you been thinking about buying this steamer here is ur sign to get it! It works great im a house cleaner and cleaned one of the dirtiest walk in showers ive seen so far and this steamer saved my life made it so easy to take off dirt n grim thats been on that shower for years! With little effort and most importantly with no harsh chemicals!!It also took off hard water marks on the shower door. Just buy it u won’t regret it it’s so powerful and just worth the money.

My old steamer blew up it was 10 yrs. Old and I wasn’t sure the NEUGO multi- purpose steam mop would do as well but boy was I wrong it is AWSOME!!! Lite weight, easy to handle, heats up very fast and doesn’t leave a lot of water behind. Cleans my hard wood floors beautifully and the attachments are an added bonus!!! I highly recommend this mop!!

This seems to be well made, doesn't steam as hot as past steam mops however. The attachments are very useful, but the one for grout doesn't hold up well after deep cleaning the grout in my shower and bathroom floor. It did however get them very clean. I mop pad seems too small and it doesn't glide at all on my wood floors. Happy I got the Black Friday deal, or I don't think this is worth the money.

I have had this steamer for a couple of months now. It has made cleaning so much easier. I use it for floors, the bathroom, kitchen, everywhere! I especially like how easy it is to convert it from floors to handheld to steam furniture and other surfaces. It also heat up and is ready to use in less than a minute! Love it!
