I have an Instant Pot Duo 8 and this works perfect for mine. Snug fit over the valve and it's got some weight to it. Pretty sure the kids won't throw this one away if it falls off during washing.IYKYK!

We lost the original valve for our insta pot. So I purchased this replacement, it fits perfectly and works just like the original. We have since found the original and they look and work exactly the same. We can't tell them apart.
