This has given me back freedom to drive again after breaking both bones in one arm. As a woman I needed something small and not obtrusive that fit the palm of my hand. This fit the bill perfectly, regarding comfort and ease of use while being able to control steering wheel effortlessly. This has the ball bearings that will hold up and it doesn’t stick out in the way of height. Fits close to the steering wheel. Thank you.Update 1/12/24: I have lent this to a friend after shoulder surgery and she was able to drive herself to therapy. I shared with others at my surgeons office. So helpful regarding getting your freedom back.

It’s very easy to install and does it’s job well. The swivel function is great. Knob swivels around the handle independently. Also has soft plastic( not cheap plastic).But the size seems a lot smaller. Secondly, the handle didn’t look sturdy to me. It’s all plastic so not sure how reliable it will be.Biggest let down is that The knob can’t be used as you would with other products. You can’t hold it, it’s too thin for that. You have to press it from top to turn the wheel. Most likely you will be using your palm. It’s ok if you consider the cost point but still leaves a lot to be functional.If plam handling doesn’t bother you then go for it. The surface area is not that much so folks with smaller hand might have no issue. The thinner area on top makes it alot difficult.

Used to drive a forklift at work that had a knob on it. I loved how easy it made turning and controlling the vehicle.Picked up two of these and placed them at 4 and 8 o'clock on my steering wheel.Super easy to install, only took a few minutes with minimal effort.The knobs are comfortable while holding and turning.

No instructions whatsoever. Not even a picture. Missing the red cap. Didn’t tighten into place. Unfortunately I waited too long to try to install it and now the window for returning it has passed

I didn't want a modern version of a '50s "Suicide Knob" for safety, aesthetic, and comfort reasons. This looked like it would be perfect. My problem is this thing's size. In several pictures it looks significantly larger than it is. It is too small to be comfortable for my hands. Being half again or even twice as wide and tall would fit my hands much better. To be fair I could palm a basketball when I was in the 10th grade, mild arthritis in my hands is all that prevents that now. So it isn't odd they make these things smaller than I would like but the pictures could be more accurate.

The device works great, very comfortable but needs more spacer options. I had to add thicker material to get it tight. All in all very pleased with this product.
