At first I was really skeptical of the puller & lockplate tools because it seemed like this and a hundred others were all using a stock photo of it. The picture is exactly what you get.Needed this kit to replace a lock cylinder on my 77 Chevrolet C10 pickup. The steering wheel puller bolts threaded into the wheel with no issues and the puller worked exactly as it needed. The lockplate tool worked just as well. Threaded onto the steering wheel shaft without any issues and the loop depressed the lockplate easily. Hardest part of this job was getting the lock ring off the shaft. Used the tool again to reinstall the lock ring without any issues.TL;DR version Worked great on my old chevy pickup without any issues.

This set gave me all the tools to pull apart the steering column on my 87 Trans Am. It was easy to use and good quality. I wish they provided instructions for use, though. Price is excellent.

Pretty good quality, not bad for the price. Works as it should. My only complaint would be that it's lacking on a lot of bolt sizes. Both in lengths and in thread counts . Overall good for the price.

Terribly disappointed in product. The bolts for the steering column puller did not fit( had to use bolts from a harmonic balancer puller set I have). The bolts for the spring compression tool had to be altered ( the threaded part fit but the sleeve that fits over the column one was to small and the other was bent - had to take a cutoff tool and remove this part to make the tool work). As I said terribly disappointed and would not recommend this product even at the low price. Not worth the money. Would like to give it a negative one but that's not an option. Alex R.
