As a mom whose only request was a sun shelf while building our new pool, finding the perfect sun shelf seating has been very important to me. When I first saw the Step2 Vero Chair, I was immediately excited that it sat taller and more upright than my Step2 Vero Pool Loungers. I love my loungers, but I was interested in a seat I could sit more upright in while watching my kids play in the pool.From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell this chair was made for many summers of pool use. The chair is very sturdy and has a sleek, clean design that looks perfect in my pool. This chair was simple to put together, taking me only 15 minutes or so to complete.Another aspect we appreciate is the ease of maintenance. The chair is weatherproof, meaning I can leave it in the pool without worrying about deterioration. Cleaning the chair is simple as well! After a bit of mud got on the chair, I was able to simply wipe it off.Overall, the Step2 Vero Chair has exceeded my expectations. It's well-made, comfortable, and looks great in my pool. I expect this chair will be in high demand at my home this summer! The vero chair is a nice addition to my pool tanning ledge. It was easy to assemble and not too heavy to carry. The shape is comfortable, yet unique, and adds some style to my otherwise plain deck and pool. My favorite feature is the versatility of use. You can use it in the pool, or on your patio. It is water and weatherproof, so I don't have to worry about damage. My only critique is the price. I would love to own a few more, but the price is a little high.

Right out of the box you can tell that this chair is amazing quality just like their other products.  The assembly was a breeze as there are only a few parts to put together.  The chair is very versatile, you can use it inside your pool on your tanning ledge or on your pool deck.  You can even use it if you don’t have a pool but want a quality chair that will hold up to the elements.  The compartment to add sand is a great idea to anchor it down in your tanning ledge and it’s convenient that it is removable to make it easier to fill.  I’ve had my eye on chairs for my tanning ledge but I just couldn’t justify the price tag.  This chair looks as nice as those high end chairs but only a fraction of the price.  Another fantastic product from Step2.

This Step 2 Vero chair was easy to assemble. It came in two main pieces with a few screws. There is a third piece that you fill with sand to help the chair sink into place. A drill was required to assemble, even though I think drill holes could have been made by the company. I was able to complete assembly by myself.The height of the chair is perfect. The tall back supports my head for a truly relaxing experience. It fits me (5'4) and my husband (6'0) comfortably. While sitting in this chair on our baja step, the waterline comes up to my waist and covers my legs.This chair feels very durable and looks like it will last many years in the hot Arizona sun.While it is lightweight out of the water, I had a hard time removing it from the pool.Overall, this chair is wonderful. The only thing missing is a cup holder.

This one is our favorite yet! We have a smaller tanning ledge (approx. 8'x8') and this chair fits perfect. Best of all, it is very comfortable. Assembly was quick and easy to do by oneself. I am amazed at the sturdiness of the chair and did not notice any flexing or wobbliness. I love the addition of being able to add sand to the weighted compartment to keep the chair in place. Overall, I would highly recommend this chair and can't wait to get some of the Vero accessories to use with this chair!

This chair is very low quality, but I was looking to save cost and my pool depth is only 6", so any in-pool chair will work in my pool.I've had this chair for 4 months and now I decided to write a review because the chair just broke and I can no longer return it. The chair is assembled with a bunch of metal screws - I got over that because I was trying to save money. The chair came with a hollow canister that required me to fill it with sand and then screw the canister into the bottom of the chair to give it some weight so it doesn't float. Well today I was removing the chair from the pool and the sand canister fell out of the bottom of the chair and broke. I then went to my Amazon account to see if I could return the chair, and I can no longer return it.I maybe had this chair in my pool a total of 6 weeks and the chair already broke. Now I'm going to find a nicer, and more expensive chair, that will be more comfortable and last longer. I wish I wouldn't had wasted my money on this Step2 brand chair..... complete junk.

This came together pretty quickly and the picture directions were easy to follow. Used 10lbs of sand and it seemed to be enough to secure it in the water. We did wait about 5 minutes after putting it in to give it time to set up, fill with water and become stable in the water /not float away. Our tanning ledge is 18†and this 15†was a perfect fit. I gave 4 *’s because the company didn’t drill out holes on the bottom. Thankfully we had a drill and were able to knock it out pretty easily. Overall we love the chair and will probably purchase a second one soon!
