First tried a pair of VSUDO replacement laces. Definitely a waste of my time and money! Almost immediately the outer lace cover breached in spots, showing white underneath! Plus had to continually pull those laces so tight just to keep adequate tension on my shoes! Don't know why I tried to make due as long as I did! But I recently bought a pair of these Stepace replacement laces which have made all the difference! So far they seem to be working well, holding up well and looking good!

Perfect fit for my boots, original ones broke. These laces are even thicker and stronger than the original laces. The color option was a nice way to refresh snow boots that I have had for years. I love the vibrant color of the laces as they make my boots look more in style and fun!These laces also hold a knot and stay tied! Every have laces that keep coming untied, these laces won’t do that on your shoes!

Laces seem well made but not great for Canadian winters. They were for lace up boots and they hold the salt and get so brittle that they will hardly do up
