Update: The seller responded same-day and offered to refund the cost. They’re sending my photo to the vendor. I hope they fix the quality issues because they’re such cute bags. At least the seller has done a good job of customer service both times I had to contact them.********This was our second faulty Stephen Joseph Transportation lunchbox. The first one arrived with hole along the zipper. The seller authorized a return and we purchased a second one as a replacement. We were pleased to receive it quickly, in time for the first day of Kindergarten. When we got to his class and went to hang it on his hook one side of the handle came completely off! My son was crushed. All we did was pack it once and carry it into school. It didn’t even last 45 minutes once packed with a small lunch. Completely ridiculous. I thought this was a quality brand. Apparently not! I will update this review after the seller responds. The picture is a little blurry but that blue thing at the top is the handle, now attached on only one side.We got the matching backpack and the shark set for my first grader. I’ll update if we have problems with those.
