It's exactly what I needed. All you have to do when you get it is screw the knob in and you're ready to go. Easy to use. Great for the price. It is a little louder than expected though. You can definitely feel the burn

I won't post any additional photos as other reviewers have already done a good job in that regards. That said, this little stair stepper has been such a wonderful addition to my routine workout. Since my job often requires much stationary sitting or standing, my legs would often get tight. Now with this stair stepper conveniently placed under my desk, I just need to take out and can quickly get some steps in while still working or on a call. So far, this item is holding up really well and also seems to be well-built. Although it also comes with resistance straps, I have not used them yet but would imagine they would add a nice extra regimen to anyone's daily workout. Would highly recommend this stair stepper.

I am more inspired now to begin my day with some movement! I spend 5 minutes stepping and using the arm bands each morning. Hey, I'm a senior so it's a great start for someone not in shape. Easy to use and I look forward to using it which is highly unusual for me as I am not a regular exerciser. Love this little machine. I feel the workout really fast. You can find workouts for it too and increase the duration at any time. Best buy I have made in a while!

This isn’t sturdy at all. I couldn’t use it for a full workout because it felt like it might tip over. My much smaller sister had the same experience and even said she heard a cracking sound. This will likely collect dust. I should’ve known by the price, because other steppers I’ve researched cost way more. The resistance bands do work and are a great addition but not of much use if you don’t feel safe using the stepper. I’m truly puzzled by all of the positive reviews and wondering if I got a dud or is there a learning curve I haven’t mastered. Maybe I need to play around with the settings, because I was truly hoping to get good use out of it.

I was looking for a way to stay active while I watched TV. This is excellent! It's small enough to fit under my bed and my watch actually counts my steps on it. It's really easy to set up and use. The pedals are a bit loud when using it on my hard wood floor but I just put it over a rug to dampen the sounds
