StepperOnline shipped a faulty gear reducer, offered to replace it, then never shipped it. When I contacted them (again), they changed service reps, and now keep asking for more and more information prior to shipping the replacement. I am overseas and can’t take more photos of their label for them. They have months of emails, videos of the problem and their own assessment of the faulty drive as being unlubricated from the factory. I would advise you NOT PURCHASE FROM STEPPERONLINE.
