I ordered these to put beads and jewelry making supplies in the corner of the box was crushed so one of the storage boxes. The corner was broken, but I got a refund for the one that was broken. Just call. Don’t try to do it online. They’ll give you a percentage refund, I’m happy with the 11 storage boxes I have and I’ve started organizing my jewelry making supplies . Just the right size that when they’re full, they’re not too heavy

I saw all the reports of broken boxes, but mine arrived quickly and all in one piece. Truthfully, this is the 3rd set of this size I've ordered, in addition to several sets of the 6Qt containers, and I've never had any of them be broken on arrival or even break while in use. I imagine the can get brittle with age, but none of mine are showing age after several years. My only (very minor) complaint is that the latches are not 'tight.' The latch fine and hold when carrying or even when tipped over, but if they drop a foot or so on the side, the lids pop off. Also, when sliding upper boxes on and off lower ones, the latches often come open on the lower boxes. Not a major problem unless you pull a box out that's full of lego pieces and it tilts and spills. Bottom line: I like these, I've had no significant problems with them in just shy of 2 years and the price was the best available.

These storage bins are great! I love that you can latch the tops closed and that the sizing is consistent across different sizes, allowing many lids to be interchanged. Let's face it—just like socks, the tops sometimes get lost. I do wish they came in multiple colors or darker shades with some transparency to help hide my mess from others.

Great value for the cost. I use them to store colored glass. Lids fit well & perfect size for carrying & lifting.

These don't seem to ship well. I had one completely broken on one end that made it unusable. Two others had the corners broken off but were still usable. I did not return them. The really broken one I had to throw away.

Delivered on time. Clear bins are easily able to see the contents inside of the bins.

It was more pricey than I wanted to pay, but looks like that is what they cost all over. However they are sturdy which is what I wanted.

This set is great - it is very durable plastic with comfortable latches (sometimes I only open one side to slide something in the box real quick). Size is plentiful too.
