Showed up in mint condition in the original box with no damage. I tried other hats from the same reseller and returns were no problem.Good quality and a reasonable value.It’s a little more stiff than I expected and the band isn’t anything special, but I knew that going in.Buy the most X’s you can afford for luxury and the fewest of its just for an every day beater or work hat (or costume).Based on my experience, this is the entry level for a luxury formal hat.

I received this hat in a regular box. It was boxed perfectly so it didn’t come warped. The hat fits perfectly on my son. He is very happy with his Christmas gift. The quality of the hat is great value for the money.

This hat is great. As a 3x, of course it won't be the softest out there, but you can definitely feel that it is higher quality than other hats in the same price range. Fit true to size.Can't go wrong with any Stetson, though!

Howdy! Now, this is a Steston's hat, and it's made of great material and it was exactly the right size. However, the dang hat showed up lop-sided as you can see, not centered like one would expect or the picture on Amazon shows. I reckon it might have been returned before, because the box was worse for wear, the tape looked like it might of been opened before, and inside how it was packaged looked like someone might have gotten into it before too. But, if not, then it was not sent in a box of decent condition in this Texan's view. It's a mighty shame because I like the hat, but I am fixing to return it. Will try buying another one.

Abysmal, I collect stetson cowboy hats and was so looking forward to adding this to my collection it came misshapen and damaged I'm sooooooo disappointed and annoyed because it wasn't cheap

Je suis satisfait de mon nouveau chapeau Oak ridge Stallion de Statson 3X noir , mais j'avais commandé un Marshall Sant-Angelo 4X. Je n'est pas renvoyé le Oak ridge car je suis tombé en amour immédiatement avec et j'ai compris après quelques recherches sur Google que le Marshall ne se fesait pas dans le noir, uniquement dans la couleur ranch tan,( même chez la boutique Stetson). Le Chapeau Oak ridge Stallion est le même que sur la photo de l'annonce Amazon du chapeau Marshall , la seul différence est le nom Oak ridge Stallion et le nombre de X soit 3 au lieu de 4. Donc si vous commandez un Marshall noir, attention vous aurez un Oak ridge noir, un très beau chapeau, peut être mieux que le Marshall, du point vue de sa finition intérieure. Si vous voulez un Marshall 4X absolument choisissez le modèle ranch tan, car Amazon n'est pas précis sur ses on annonce. Les chapeaux Stetson Oak ridge Stallion 3X son vraiment sublime, c'est pas si pire, je suis comptent qu'il y'est eu une erreur finalement. Le chapeau ne vient pas dans une boîte Stetson, mais c'est clairement le vrai Statson made in Usa.
