I got this for my son for Christmas and everything works well and it came on time and in good shape. It’s February now and everything is still running well. He runs an Xbox Elite for his controller and plans on upgrading the mouse and keyboard in May. Great for an entry level PC.

PROS:1) It looked nice. The clear, uncluttered case with the lit fans was very aesthetically pleasing. The fan covers had easily removable magnetic screens for easy cleaning.CONS:1) It Didn't Work: After setting up and installing windows updates, the machine failed on first use.Within a couple minutes of starting to play a game the entire system froze and needed to be shut off by the power button.Upon restart the video card was not recognized and the on-board video was failing as well with constant graphical errors even when sitting idle at the desktop without running any apps.This happened every time a game was played, trying multiple different games.Sometimes the graphics card would come online again and the machine would operate normally while not running any apps, but any time you attempt to play a game the machine would freeze and upon reboot the video would revert to on-board video with graphical errors.2) The included power cable was very short. I had to place the surge protector on top of the desk, right by the tower. Not a real complaint because this is a very inexpensive PC, just mildly frustrating in my opinion. If the machine had not failed, I would have just replaced it with a longer one.3) The wifi adapter was an external USB nano plug for laptops. Again, I understand it's a very inexpensive machine so this is just a personal preference on my part. It functioned fine for the few minutes that the machine was in use before failing, I just prefer a different type of wifi adapter. If the machine had not failed I would have just replaced it with something different.Overall, I wanted to like this machine. It looked nice and was budget friendly. I expected it to perform on the lower end, but not to just fail.

I love the fast delivery and its beautiful display but it didn’t work fully. My 9 year old was so happy to receive this as a birthday gift! Initial set up is easy but the next day went to use it and all the accessories stopped working. Plugged them into another device and they worked so it had to be the modem. It was very sad to see my son so disappointed when I couldn’t get It to work. Also glad it happen sooner than later. It’s been 24hours still no response from seller. Let’s keep our fingers cross they offer to send another one and it actually works. So if you’re looking to purchase hold off until I update this review! Update!! July 13! Guys they sent a replacement after communicating with the seller directly for 3 days and returning the other unit. Set up is simple and easy. it’s working great for my 9 year old. I was able to get Fortnite downloaded and he’s playing his lil heart out. Thanks

I got this computer and it almost immediately busted—I don’t know why it happened but I wasn’t interested in fixing the solution myself. I called the customer service and never got a response. The computer was awesome for my needs when I first got it. I strictly downloaded steam and other games from reputable sources. In the first 9 days the computer shut off randomly—I figured it was just a reset. I turned the computer back on and everything was fine. Then a week later the computer shut off again… mid-game. I went to turn it back on and a red light flashed and the computer couldn’t maintain power for more than a second.Not posting this to find solutions or anything since I returned the product. If you’re a computer wiz I’m sure you could fix it. Personally I would rather just get a working product and more responsive support team. I’ve heard they have good support which is one of the reasons I took the risk of buying the product. But once it busted and I couldn’t contact them; I didn’t want to miss my return deadline.Update:Scheduled for Amazon to pick up the package. Apparently UPS is in charge of picking up the return package. But they won’t call, text, or message you in any way.My return deadline was on the last day and UPS still hadn’t messaged me. I went to drop it off myself and they can’t print the label from the last return. I had to call Amazon who were very helpful initially switching my return process to me dropping off the computer. I had them print the labels after 45 minutes of pacing around a UPS store. I was told the package would arrive within the week. I used the support messaging app two weeks later and they knew nothing.Then about 3 weeks later my credit took a hit from the purchase holding up my max balance. I should’ve paid the balance but it felt stupid paying for something I never received in working condition.By the third week the Amazon app still said it never delivered even though I showed them the tracking number and everything.Update:I am writing from a month after the three weeks 08/24/24 and the Amazon return system is appearing like they never received the package…. Oh and I’m still forced to pay the charge even after reporting to my cc company about it.
