These tiles are surprisingly durable considering they're plastic. Despite being plastic, they really do look great on a ceiling - I used double sided tape to put a few up for a mock installation just to see if they'd work, and they really do add a good bit of historic charm back into our 1920 home. For actual installation, I'll be using construction adhesive and thanks to how lightweight these are, these will be a breeze to put up. These tiles are thin, but do have a good bit of flex to them, which is good for if you're working in awkward areas.I do find cutting these to be slightly tricky, but found that using a straight blade and marking a score line first, and then going over it again and again until it's cut through works the easiest.Compared to the cost of a new tin ceiling or even a reclaimed tin ceiling (which sometimes is even more pricey) these are a fabulous way to add charm and visual interest to your home for far less money!

These are really nice, they look great, and good quality plastic that you can flex and bend all over without cracking or chipping to get them into a grid. I used these to spruce up my WFH office and they look good enough that I think that I would use them pretty much anywhere. The plastic is nice and flexible and thin, and just a quick thing or two about the install... These will show you where your grid isn't exactly right. Plain tiles don't show off the building flaws at all since it all looks the same, but these will drop into exactly a 2x2 square, and a smaller space won't let it drop in, so you might be wrestling the grid a bit to get everything looking just right. Also I'm sure these wouldn't be difficult to cut for corners or weird ledges or whatever, but you may end up with tiny gaps at the cut where the tile rests on the grid (although darker squares probably wouldn't show it as much). Last thing is that my office is downstairs, and these are paper thin, so if you have a noisy house you might actually want to leave the other tiles in for a bit of soundproofing and just slide these in as decorative covers (that's what I did anyways).

I was disappointed these are not white. They are a bit off white (Not quite ivory). They are a particular clash to my storage boxes (on the left in my photo) in the room where I was installing them. I installed on the wall with nano tape and had no issues with it staying up.

I was a little nervous about ordering these STICKGOO ceiling tiles because at 24" x 24", I thought they might look too big on the ceiling. Now that I've taken them out of the box and held them above my head, I can see they'll be great. I love houses with character and these ornate ceiling tiles are going to fit right into our decor. They are plastic and lightweight so I think adhesive caulk will be able to hold them to the ceiling just fine. They have a little bit of a sheen to them, so I'll be painting them flat white (or at least matte) before installing them. I want them to look like plaster. Someone very artistic could paint the ornate details in different colors but I'm too busy for that. I'm hoping that cutting them isn't going to be an issue. These ornate ceiling tiles would look fantastic in older homes with lots of character. They could also be used to cover up unsightly ceiling issues. I can't wait to install them!

Really impressed with these tiles. My wife got these and I wasn't sure what to expect, we don't have a drop ceiling so I wasn't sure how we'd install them, but not an issue! These were super simple to install, a little construction adhesive and press in place and hold for 30 seconds and onto the next. Use a laser level onto the ceiling to square it up... looks incredible! It was so easy to install I couldn't believe it. Best of all, my wife loves it so a solid 5 stars for this product.

I am really looking forward to using these ceiling tiles. I am refinishing a part of my ceiling that had sky lights removed. These tiles will work perfectly to help cover the tape and texture that does not match between the old versus new work. I am unsure just how big of area I am going to cover, and need to choose an adhesive. The size of tiles is accurate at 24 x 24, the material is thick enough to make the tiles firm but slightly flexible. They are also light enough that I don’t anticipate a problem hanging them. The color is consistent across the tiles, and has a matt finish. Overall. I feel that they are a great buy for the price.

These are simply gorgeous. Really, really happy with them. I cannot wait to install them. Naturally, this is going to be an involved project, so I do not have photos of the finished product but plan to update the review once I do.At 24"x24", these tiles are really large. The detail is amazingly precise throughout the entire lot. I love the variation in color, I ordered the Antique Copper, I was deciding between that and the black. I'm installing black bathroom fixtures and felt it would be too much black.Still a toss-up but I cannot be happier with the A-Copper, perfect choice. There are enough hints of dark to fully compliment the black fixtures. The quality of the tiles is spot on. The price point is just right, and I am absolutely thrilled with these tiles. The installation appears to be straightforward, will need construction glue unless you have a preinstalled drop ceiling railing.
