I use these when I do my taxes to label documents also to mark pages in books. Very useful. They don’t replace folder tabs that need to be handled a lot, but they are great for my needs.

I love these sticky tabs . I use them for EVERYTHING ! I use a sharpie bold pen 1.0m to write on them . Just let it sit for a few seconds so doesn’t smear but these are beyond convenient for the office.

These tabs served my purpose at a much more affordable price than the big brands, but you get what you pay for. They are so thin that it's difficult to pull them apart (I often peel off 3 at once and have to separate them). This also means that the white part is very sheer. If you're using them in a binder, need to be able to pull on them to flip through pages, or otherwise need them to stand up to wear and tear, go for the name brand (which are easily 3-4x as thick and more opaque). Fortunately I don't need them to be very durable, and I needed a lot of them, so this worked out fine for me. A thin sharpie works well to write on them. They also have a matte/frosted texture, not smooth.

So these are great but I was having issues writing on the opposite side with a marker. Pens do not work on these front or back for some reason. But the market was good only on one side.

Too sheer and I thought the top part of the tab is white but it not at all.

I like the size of the area of the tag for writing subjects, but the adhesive is not very good. Had to reinforce the tabs from behind with scotch tape. If not the tabs would come off.
