Bright, vivid color on the rockets which makes them easy to find. Lots of fun for the kids on the 4th of July without the dangers or noise level of fireworks. Exactly the size advertised the rockets fly farther and faster the harder you stomp. The build quality of the launch tube is good and has lasted a long while. It's also aimable which is cool. Great toy for outdoor fun!!! Highly recommend even as a Christmas gift.

I bought the Stomp Rocket Jr Multi-Color Rocket Launcher as a gift for my 3-year-old, and it quickly became the highlight of our outdoor playtime! If you’re looking for an engaging and fun activity to keep the kids active, this is an absolute winner.Easy to Set Up and Use: From the moment we opened the box, the setup was super simple. Within minutes, my child was launching rockets into the air with pure excitement! It’s all kid-powered – no batteries, no fuss – just stomp and watch the rocket soar. I love that it’s so intuitive for little ones; my child figured it out immediately and had a blast experimenting with different stomping techniques to see how high the rockets could go.Lightweight and Portable: Another great feature is how lightweight and easy to transport the entire set is. We took it to the park, and it became a hit with other kids, too. It’s small enough to fit in a bag, making it perfect for trips, park days, or even just playing in the backyard.Durable and Safe: As a parent, I appreciate that the rockets are soft and safe for young children. Even when they land back down, there’s no risk of injury or breaking anything around. Despite the frequent stomping, both the launcher and rockets have held up incredibly well, even after multiple high-energy play sessions.Multi-Color Fun: The bright, multi-colored rockets make it even more enjoyable. My child loved picking a “favorite†color to launch and chasing them down after they landed. It added an extra layer of excitement and kept their attention for longer.Room for Improvement: The only small downside is that the rockets sometimes catch the wind and land in unpredictable places, but that’s all part of the fun and adds an element of surprise! Just make sure to play in a wide-open space if possible. In Summary: I can’t recommend this rocket launcher enough! It’s a fantastic way to get kids moving, thinking, and having fun outdoors. My child gets excited every time we bring it out, and it’s become a favorite in our toy collection. Whether for a birthday gift or just a weekend activity, the Stomp Rocket Jr is a must-have for any active kid!

I bought this 14 months ago for our 20 month old grandson on a hunch that even at that age, he may enjoy the excitement of seeing Nani make the rocket fly. Since we are vigilant in his playtime, caution about small parts ie: the toy's wing nut, aren't an issue. But unmonitored play is not an option for a toddler.Actually, our only issue was to make sure he wouldn't attempt to chew the foam rockets. He did make one large hole in a rocket but never again when he realized that rocket wouldn't fly any more.My intent was to stomp the rocket launcher for him. I got to do it once. Our then tiny guy watched it go up up up. When it landed, he toddle raced to go pick it up. When he got back to the launcher, I expected him to want to see me repeat the performance. Instead he leaned way down, examined the launcher, straightened up and - and since he wasn't yet much of a talker yet, he simply stomped his foot. Message received. I showed him - let him - helped him, push the rocket onto the air tube. His first stomp attempt only got the rocket halfway off the tube. He didn't have the aim or power. I showed him how to jump on it with two feet instead. Successful launches grew more frequent. On occasion, he'd let me stomp too! It grew into a great success, in several ways. While it wasn't the only toy he played with, it was one he faithfully played with, and still plays with, every time he stays with us...(every other weekend)! He's now turning 3 and we've had 14 months of this toy being launched, stepped all over, dunked in the pool, stuck in trees, and tugged away from his same aged cousin. Since we live in warm Phoenix, that's a lot of abuse, and adult with child FUN.. And while he couldn't really talk well when he first got it, if anyone asked him what he was going to do at Nani's house, he would stomp his foot and smile. It drew smiles from everyone else too.If you are reading this review, then you're probably looking hard for a toy that has the big three elements. Kid appeal for the long haul. Durability. Price. But add in the kid and adult bonding fun factor... and this becomes a grand slam.A tip or two. Plan on buying an extra bag of rockets down the road. They really fly and if the wing nut that holds the trajectory tube in place loosens (it does) the rocket can end up in someone's gutter or trees or In the mouth of the neighbor's bulldog.Note: The more deluxe version of this isn't as good a flyer, has more hard plastic and our little guy returned almost immediately to his junior version. What a bonding experience it's been for all of us.Five Big Stars! It’s been 7 years since the first purchase. He’s nine now, and we’ve replaced it twice. He isn’t into it by himself now, but when his pals are over? They get very competitive. They take it to the park so it doesn’t disappear into a neighbors yard or solar panels. It’s just plain fun.

This things has entertained my kiddos for hours. Gave only 4 stars just because rockets are cheap foam material that rips easily. Once it tears it stops working. So extra rockets are needed.

It does its job. The rockets are cheaply made but I my child is happy.

Indoors or out, lots of fun. The launcher 'angles' so you can aim for a target and it shoots very high when outdoors.
