Great pipe. I have a Tauro Trial 250 it’s similar to a RPS Hawk 250. Pipe fit good. Only thing I had to do was make a 2†bracket out of aluminum flat stock. I bolted this bracket to the forward mount to align with the muffler bracket. That allowed me to mount the muffler perfectly. If I didn’t make that bracket, which was very easy, then this pipe would have been impossible to bolt up properly. The construction is great, the sound and performance are awesome! The stainless pipe did yellow a little near the engine but it still looks good.

I just installed this on my 2023 Honda XR150L. It fits great after some minor modifications. I had to cut about an inch off the muffler end on the exhaust pipe, and cut the muffler mounting hole into a slit, and then use 2 stainless fender washers on that muffler mount. After that, it fits perfect, looks good, sounds good, runs good. I plan to go up a size or two on the carb main jet and see if I can squeeze a bit more power outta it. Overall, worth the cost, mods were easy with basic tools and hardware I already had. No spark arrestor so I bought a separate one that I slightly modified to fit in.

Big improvement on sound for my little Hawk 250. I had to custom fabricate a 5in length of 304 Stainless to have 1.25 od to id. But that is because this wasn't built just for the enduro bikes, it says it is for honda. What i had to do to make it fit:- flange bolt holes are about 3/8" to 1/2" to narrow, widened them to fit my bolt pattern- mount bracket for both the middle section of tubing and the muffler didn't line up, so i made a bracket for the muffler and lined up the mount bracket on the middle section of tubing with the upper mount bolt for the passenger set of foot pegs. I simply put in a longer bolt.- like i mentioned earlier, i had to made a 5" extension piece for my muffler. As for performance, I expected to jet the carb due to improved airflow through a larger diameter pipe with a less restrictive muffler.Thank you for the awesome product!

Good for the money. Everything fit with very minimal manipulation.

Bought this for my hawk 250 however it did not fit the bike. The bend in the pipe coming from the engine was too tight and made it impossible to fit on the bike. Even comparing to YouTube videos of the Same exhaust this one was shaped different

Bought a 2004 Honda CRF150F last year that a previous owner had removed the baffle from the stock muffler (which made it crazy loud). I wanted to replace the muffler with something quieter. The new Stoneman muffler was quieter, but stiil, in my opinion, too loud. Noise ain't performance, people. It did fit on the bike good and looks good.

The fittings do leak a bit but looks great, was able to cut and weld the mid pipe to fit on a honda 200es.

The metal is tooo thin to MIG weld.Buy a carbon steel system that is thicker, unless you have a TIG machine capable of welding thin stainless.I will pass on this system next time.Cheers.
