Feels solid and of good quality no imperfections in the glass work. Haven't used yet but will be exposed to cold and hot temps. So as for how shock resistant it is I don't know.

This is good quality glass. Just note that it uses a angular interface bulge ground glass joint, not the arc bulge joint that most other companies use, and needs a different keck clamp.

I was looking for a funnel that was made of glass because I transfer cosmetic mixes into bottles. I wanted something that I could sterilize and would not react with the chemicals I use. Excellent item and prompt service. Will order from StonyLab if the chance arises again.
