I purchased the gray storage ottoman. I love the quality of the product; very sturdy. Plus, I assembled it by myself in about 20 minutes!!!

Very poor quality. Fabric was pretty but construction was terrible. Had to redrill the holes for the legs, they were crooked. Fabric was wrinkled on both arms and there was a hole in the lining of the lid. Not worth the money or extra work. Bolts for legs were a 24 spacing and not common to the US. Had to replace with an 18 spacing for both the male and female ends of the bolts.

Update: I added longer screws to the product and it’s held together nicely so far. The companies customer service reached out when they read my review and remedied the situation rather quickly after I posted it. If you purchase I would suggest using longer screws than what are provided.I was so excited to get this bench for my bedroom. I wish I would have waited, spent a little more money and bought a better quality item. Let me start off by saying I’ve put plenty of furniture together before and have never had any issues. This is a very poor quality item. I received this item with several screws screwed in crooked or either almost falling out, no problem right? Wrong. When I tried to take them out to fix them so the lid would be correct the screws were stripped. I wasn’t even that upset about that the nail in the coffin was the anchor that was on one side of the bench that was supposed to hold the arm on. I got one arm on no problem slide right into the anchor piece, the second arm we tried and tried to slide in, it would either get stuck or slide right out. After further inspection I found that the screws in the anchor were stripped so the anchor eventually pulled right off the side of the chair. No big deal I thought I’d just contact Amazon and return the piece. Wrong. When I went to take the other arm off.. it was stuck on the bench no amount of pulling or beating was going to get it out. When I explained multiple times to Amazon that the piece wouldn’t fit back in the box because of the arm they kept repeating they couldn’t do anything till they received the product back. I ended up adding multiple screws in places they don’t go to hold the other arm on, and beating the arm on that wouldn’t fit correctly with a mallet. Again do not buy this product spend a little more on a better quality one, and don’t expect Amazon to help if you do buy it and need to return it.

I really like the color and the style of this Ottoman Bench. It was just what I was looking for. However, when it came, there was a lot of extra tape on the box. Of course it came needing assembled, but had no instructions. My husband and I finally figured it out, but the legs are dusty and some wear on them. One side where the lid opens, it appears to have rubbed-there is a mark and it was there before I used it. It also had some other spots that I was able to wipe off. I will not be sending it back, just wanted to voice how unhappy I was with the fact I think I was sold a "used" product for obviously "new" price!

the material is nice. the chair is strong. comfortable to sit or lay on. the first they sent was missing mounting brackets so had to get a second which was fine and send the first back. other than that small snag, would recommend this ottoman. good storage too.

Love being able to lift the top and easily access one large space. Super easy to put together. Wish it was a few inches taller but still looks good in front of our queen bed,
