Although I've used this for three games, I didnt have any of the issues others are describing with it coming apart, etc. First off, dont approach using this as a "wrist brace" but rather as a "positioner." You still need to use your wrist... after ordering this I talked to a guy I know at a pro shop, and he said this thing works great as long as you take care of it. Dont put it in a bag where it can potentially get banged around, as well as looking at it as a wrist positioner over a brace.I've been bowling for a year now, and recently have had a friend teaching me. I've been attempting to sprint, before I can barely walk... I recent went from scoring between 80 and 120, to between 120 on a bad game and 191 is my highest (league average is still 123).My problem, I've been DESTROYING my wrist. Might I add, I broke both wrists as a teenager skateboarding, and I have issues with them all the time. The first problem had to do with gripping too much, the second I was often twisting my hand over the ball on my release. I mostly fixed these but still having some wrist pain, even after a break and it healing. So I ordered this.Played 3 games, and did not practice with it beforehand in order to keep additional strain off of my wrist.This was extremely awkward at first, but it made me realize what type of jerking movements I'm most likely putting on my wrist. I threw some absolutely garbage balls during warm up, then right at the end of the 15 minutes I just about hit my mark.I ended up scoring 140, 136, and 153. Not bad considering this giant thing was on my arm and never using it before. I also missed more of my 10 pin spares than usual (even releasing the lever, throwing a straight ball was extremely challenging).Fast Forward two days, and almost no wrist pain at all! Even less than league night (whereas it was taking one to two weeks to heal). And my wrist WAS still hurting a bit the day of.I'm going to continue bowling with this at all times, with the idea of teaching myself to lock the wrist in positions, and hopefully I wont always need it. Going to experiment with different positions with the hope of fine tuning, muscle memory, and simply develop better understanding and control over the ball.Thanks Storm! Terrific product.

This is the first support that I can shoot spares without removing the glove. Easy adjusting. Foam comfort support on bottom of wrist. This means that I do not have to worry about overtightening when putting on. Very happy with this item. I used to use a support with a finger extension.

Bought this to upgrade from my storm gadget. I like the reconfigured adjustment control but dislike the new arm latch the gadget arm latch was better. But still a good storm product that improves your score if you have bad wrist form or strength.

I got this because I broke my ring finger last year and would have swelling and pain every time I bowled this season. I am able to bowl now without pain and only a little swelling. My bowling is getting more consistent. My friends say I have a bionic wrist now.If you bend your hand forward and release the wrist mechanism the spring flies out but it’s easy to put back.

This is too expensive for it to break so soon and it's hard to keep it strapped down. Broke soon after and had to rig it to work. Ugh.

It came very quickly. It fits amazingly. It is easy to put on and very snug. You dont really need a wrist sock because the part at the wrist is soft and doesn't dig into the skin. I bought a medium because i have slim arms.

This is the second one of these braces I have purchased in the last 2 weeks. The first one worked great until the second time I used it this pin fell on on the bowling alley. Found the main portion of the pin but not this small end shown in my palm. Am sending that one back. So I purchased a second brace to minimize downtime, since I really like the brace and how it is helpling my ball release. Unfortunately, the second one showed up already broken in the box with the same defect. The pin was already broken but at least all the pieces were in the box. I will attempt to work with the second one, but it may need to be returned also. This item is too expensive to accept this. I would like a replacement for the second one also - purchase date 5/31/22.

Perfect. Helped improve my game. Had to tighten a screw, but that was easy enough and probably came loose in shipping. Really helped with the consistency of my release.
