Mouth guard will "EXPAND UP TO 20%" during the molding process and may be too small if not molded properly. Follow fitting instructions to ensure the best fit. Few of our customers thought the youth size one was too small for their kids but realized it actually fitted their kids very well AFTER following the fitting instructions.
Remember, The Above Size Suggestion by "Age" is "ESTIMATE" and this is based by our customers' experience after we sell for years! Kids age between 11 and 15 years old could go either way. If you can't make a decision, please start with the youth one and see if it covers the molar teeth by the teeth marks on the inner gel.

Fit my eleven year old perfect. He likes it much better then the name brand ones we have been getting from the big athletic stores and the strap being attached is so much more beneficial then the ones that unattached.

ALMOST perfectly fit but still a little big for toddler (4.5 year old) also wish the strap was a little longer but overall he absolutely loves it and enjoys wearing it. I don’t think there’s really a smaller option for a toddler so just get it ! Also love the color options

Pros: SO EASY to mold. My 10 year old played 10 weeks (3x week) of tackle football and was able to keep track of the mouthpiece due to the helmet strap. Fit his mouth very well with no reported discomfort. We did end up using a 2nd one at about week 9 as he was grinding his back teeth. Very durable!

I'm Perfectly satisfied with his strapped mouthguard. It's very durable and comfortable. The directions are very clear and I had zero issues forming my mouth guard. Follow the instructions to adjust it to your bite. I have used many mouth guards and this is definitely one of the best mouth guards I've used. highly recommend this strapped mouth guard for football, hockey, lacrosse, or any other sports which require a helmet.

This arrived in a quick timely fashion. It was easy to mold to my sons teeth. We even had to do a second molding a day or so later because the fit wasn't quite right. After the second fitting he said it was comfortable. It did it's job for the most part, but it didn't last the entire season. Near the end of the season there wasn't much material left between the back teeth.

I've had plenty gum shields in the past from various manufacturers and they've been a mixed affair and fr mostly contact sports like martial arts. The same gum shields I've used for things other sports like ice hockey (not that ice hockey is much of a thing currently), but this is the first time that I've had a strapped shield..First of all, the strap is not removable, I suppose that if you wanted to, for whatever reason, you could cut it off but you're likely to be left with a rough irritating patch where you've cut it. Anyway, molding and fitting the shield is pretty much the same as other "boil and bite" shields you'll have used before, except there's a strap that you don't place into boiling water. The blurb says that the strap is weak and could snap off in boiling water, so take care when doing it.Fit wise, it's really comfortable (once you've done the usually pushing and sucking and all that), though admittedly having the strap there takes a bit of getting used to, however, I've not yet used this during an actual game, but I feel that it'll be more than up to the task. They also look cool, being all vampire teeth and grrrr!Price-wise, £12 is more than reasonable, and going by the other reviews, it seems that the manufacturer will work with you if things go wrong with your shield. Nice one!
