I just use them for neuropathy relief and they help with flexibility and forearm strength. Also, they are good as a distraction… no snacking instead squeeze away.

I bought this stress ball hoping it would be a more affordable option compared to the Nee Doh Gum Drop, but it’s not even close. It’s way too firm, making it hard to squish, and it actually hurts my hand when I try to use it. It’s also smaller than I expected and is smaller than my palm.The texture is also disappointing—it feels cheap and not nearly as satisfying as I hoped. If you’re looking for a soft, squishy stress reliever, this isn’t it. I’d recommend spending a little more for something better.It’s not completely useless, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m using it to strengthen my fingers after a wrist fracture. Six weeks in a cast made my fingers stiff.. I like the rubbery feel. Nice resistance. Better in my opinion than a foam stress ball.
