I want so badly to love this product but it just does not work for us. We have used it as designed multiple times but by the time we get the tire slightly inflated, and go to disconnect the tube, the tire is empty and worse off than before. Don’t waste your money.

Watched the video on how to get the flexible pump mine will not unscrew that easily. It is not moving at all the wrong pieces and screwing and coming apart and there’s no hose in that end.

This does not work for the jogger! The big plastic piece is preventing the tube from fitting.Also there is no instructions and it was not easy to find the tube and understand what needs to happen next!Also the packaging says to go to steerlingtires.com there is NO such site there is a sterlingtires.com that has no information about any pump of any sort.Returning ASAP!!!
