I purchased this cover and it only lasted four ( 4 ) months . I contacted the seller twice about the condition of the product . I still have not heard back from the seller . I feel that this product should not be sold on Amazon !

It’s better than the last I bought it’s too dam short not exactly what’s on the description 10x20ft .. I’m happy that it fit exactly same that I have one before ðŸ‘ðŸ½

I am sad... I have purchased this canopy 2 times already and they were excellent fit, nice and heavy duty, easy to install, durable for 2 seasons. Asked my fiancé to get me a new one for Christmas this year and I forwarded him the link for this company.. I put it on Feb.26,2023. It doesn't fit right, it bulges, it is thin. first rain it had giant bellies of water in it from the sloppy fit. It's weight is going to bust my frame... Had some wind it sounds was horrid from it flapping and seemed like it is going to blow away but I have my frame tied down very well. I decided to contact the company because this just was not right. They asked for some pictures which I snapped and noticed there are tears in the plastic. They came back to me with they are NOT tears it is the fabric. NO, they are tears. water is coming through the holes...They said they would only offer me a 50% refund. and not a replacement so that tells me they are all garbage and im not going to get anything better. As well this canopy doesn't have the strong camel label on it, another thing they said I falsified.. WHY WOULD I LIE WHEN I HAVE REPLACED THIS CANOPY 3 TIMES NOW AND STOOD BY THEM AS AMAZING>??? Oh btw it is March 15th and the canopy has not lasted 30 days when I am use to 2 years. DO NOT BUY from this company. Horrible customer service. Horrible product and it is double the price !! WHAT A JOKE. Unfortunately I didnt read the reviews that everyone left because why would I have to after buying several perfect ones previous years? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... AS Well they stated that I was out of the warrantee period... It was a Christmas present... If you look the seller doesnt state their period of replacement . I will be contacting Amazon for a A-Z guarantee request..

Not sure where the issue is. I have the cheap Harbor Freight canopy and frame. As expected, the canopy lasted for about 2 seasons and then it broke... Bought this as a replacement and so far it does the job. I am on my second season ( in CA ) and it still looks good, with no rips and or signs of damage. The sun here kills most of the things left outside so this is a good thing to have. The issue is the fit. It seems to be a big wider than the Harbor Freight one so it sits kind of lose on the frame. For this reason, any dust of wind makes it inflate like a balloon and flaps a lot. Again, this may be due to the cheap ( and possibly much smaller frame that Harbor Freight sales - not necessarily the cover's fault ). The fact that it comes with bungees is a BIG plus. Overall, not a bad product and I recommend it.

Perfect fit. Strong and in great shape after a year in use. Recommend using zip ties instead of the cords provided as they will stretch with time and cause damage.

The canopy itself seems to be a little thinner than others I have owned. It cost about half as much so let’s see how long it lasts. The tie down ropes on each end are thinner and have no “s†hooks provided. The canopy was also a little shorter than others I have purchased in the past but with a lot of tugging I made it work.

I've bought about 3 of these! Each last about 2 to 3 years. Florida weather too! Super hot then super wet! Can't beat the price to have to change every couple years! Some are 300 bucks and I bet u get maybe 1 extra year in this weather! Buying again!

This is the 2nd one I’ve bought they last about 3 years which is really good for Florida, this sun and climate are really hard on everything
