This block was just what I needed- traditional blocks felt like a crutch and I couldn't make progress. The regular blocks were usually just too tall and I would be in pain without a block, so the in-between was where I needed to be. This is where this block comes in. I am able to slide it to get the right height for the floor poses, and as I make progress I can slide it out and get closer to the floor. It has held up very well- it has become squished a bit when I compare it to the one I have not used (but already I have used it in over 120 yoga classes). Great block and just what I needed !

I bought this after having CMC joint reconstruction in Sept. I was released to go back to my normal routine as slowly as i could tolerate it. I need to have the other thumb done soon. I decided to try these to help my wrists and most importantly my thumbs. They work pretty good in most yoga poses that i use them in esp plank. I don't like using them in down dog. They don't seem to be engineered for a down dog pose. It's very uncomfortable. that's the pose i really needed something to help me with. But over all they are a good aid. I have used them in 2 classes now and they are my 1st 2 classes since Sept 2018 when i had surgery. we'll see if they keep providing me more comfort for both thumbs.

These seemed like a fairly useless purchase to me but they really helped my clients stretch their calves. They are all so good for squatting modification for people with dorsiflexion problems.

The foam isn’t very strong and kind of short for my relatively average sized feet. It’s fine for a beginner but if you’re looking for a good, solid wedge for squats and RDLs, this isn’t it. I wish I bought a wood wedge or stronger rubber and checked length.

Working in improving my health through yoga practice. Being overweight, I need props to help my practice and achieve the poses without injuring myself. I bought the wedge block for wrist support and I have to say that with their help I am able to stay in poses that require you to put pressure on your hands/wrists. They actually help me achieve a better pose so I'm not putting all the pressure on my hands. They have been of great help. The material is a thick foam that keeps its form, but still soft enough for your hands to slightly sink into. The surprise was to use them for standing positions to help with my balance. Would totally buy them again and recommend.

Firm but not rigid, have a little give. I use them for elevated heel squats. They work perfectly for that.

These squat wedges are made of EVA foam, and so they don't offgass or smell at all. I threw away my other two brands of squat wedges -- one set was made from recycled tires and the other set was made of EPP -- because they made my room smell like an old tire shop. I couldn't sleep at all! Now, with my EVA foam squat wedges, I sleep like a baby!

Definitely not worth the price. Not even a matching pair so don’t fit together properly to make one smooth block. Not as sturdy as the example in the product image show. Disappointing product for the money I paid.
