I got these because the governor spring on my mower was weaker and the mower was surging. It fit my Honda engine. It was a little tougher to install than I expected. Did the job, though.

The springs are definitely not large enough to be return springs for a carburetor basically trash

This fits a Honda governor but rod is not bent correctly and springs are smaller in size than OEM.The larger spring is also not coated to protect from oxidation. These will fail sooner than OEM parts would.
