To bring firewood into my house, I have to go up 5 steps up to a landing and then into the house. A cart doesn't work to go up the steps. I can only carry about 3 or 4 pieces up the stairs increasing the amount of trips I have to make. I bought this one and another similar one to compare the 2. They are both equivalent as far as quality goes. I'm very happy with the quality. I bought 2 so that I can carry on in each arm up the steps and stay balanced. I formerly had one from tractor supply and I paid more for it and it was made very cheaply compared to these.

It is made well from quality materials & meets our expectations.My husband is 82 years old. The carrier is so much easier than carrying the firewood in his arms. He just loves it and is impressed how strong and well made it is.

I'd been hauling logs into the house for ages, using anything that came to hand - old supermarket bags, cardboard boxes, an ancient coal scuttle. None of them were good so I decided to look for something more thought-out and dedicated to the job.This log carrier is all of those things. It holds plenty of logs, of assorted sizes, more-or-less balances itself when being carried, has comfortable handles and folds up after use. It's also a good price. I should have bought one ages ago.
