I saw this booyah stick recommended on Bob and Brad's YouTube channel with physical therapy applications.Well made perfect length and weight. Should last a lifetime but works very well and is easy to use as Bob and Brad suggest.

Smooth, sturdy and very helpful. Purchased as a prop for my GIBoard, then used a lot after a knee injury to provide support with exercises like lunges.

I wanted to get one of these for physical therapy purposes, little did I know I would also use it as a walking staff.I'm on the tall side of humanity, and every walking/trekking pole/staff I've found thinks that the world ends at 5'10.This is a long staff, I think 5 ft in total?Because this is used to balance people who have much better balance than me, I figured it might do well as a walking staff.If you're on the tall side and need a walking staff, this one has done very well by me. Rubber tips on either side hold up really well. I've had this in the rain and the rubber tips haven't slipped on me once.. several other trekking poles and canes have slipped out on occasion.I've been able to use it for its intended purpose as well in balance, stretching, and repetitive motion exercises. It's a stick, I can use it as a low weight barbell for high reps, I can use it as a balancing point of reference so that I don't fall while I'm trying to get a certain motion down, and while I haven't had to use it like this yet, I'm pretty sure I can use this as a home defense device in a pinch.The stick itself is very smooth and comfortable to use, it feels sturdy, and supports a considerable amount of weight without complaint.

I bought it almost 8 months back and use it regularly for warmup and workout routines. Quite sturdy and light weight. Recommended!

These are fabulous. Well made. Nice looking. Do the job they’re supposed to. So good, I went back for a second. I also use them as “Gondola Poles†for Pilates reformer work.

I’m a former yoga teacher but had to give it up due to autoimmune diseases. My balance and stability is not great since I’ve lost so much strength especially in my core. It feels so good to use this because I feel more confident to go fully into poses/ using it for triangle pose is my favorite. So well made and i received it a month early. So

The yoga stick is great. However, the access to the videos (if there are any) not possible - keep getting an error. So highly recommend if you are only looking for the yoga stick. However if you are also looking for videos then I will not recommend.
