I received the first set, only one of which worked. I probably should have just returned them and been done with it, but I ordered a replacement. They've worked sporadically, sometimes having to take one out and put it back in to get it working again. Randomly, today the Magenta and Yellow are not recognized. I have taken them out and back in over 10 times each. It's really just not worth the hassle. I've used refillable cartridges in the past and never had issues. These are not worth the effort it takes.

Thank you for speedy service and providing great product. I use these cartridges when my Epson WF 7720 converted Sublimation printer won’t read my ink cartridges and I can drain the ink out of my old cartridge and fill my new one and works every time.

My WF 7710, which I use for sublimation, never printed perfectly and got worse over time. I thought it was the print head, so I cleaned it and ended up replacing it. Still, it didn't work well. I then purchased these cartridges, and the printer now works better than ever. No more banding! These cartridges are way better than the ones I got when I originally converted the printer. Don't forget to properly prime the cartridges and not just fill and forget. Videos online on how to do it properly.

I know why a lot of people have issues with these and I do have to say these would be 4-5 stars if the manufacturer had a clear video or instructions on how to fill these correctly, if not done correctly they will never print. For those who want to give them a try I can tell you there are a few videos that are related to similar products on YT on how to get these types of cartridges filled correctly but it is never fun hunting them down.

I was a bit skeptical but the cartilages works as they were supposed to and my printer recognizes rhem. Another plus was the price they were affordable.

I decided to replace my cartridges when I had to order new sublimation ink. These were a good price. However, they have been nothing but a heartache. At first my Epson WF-7710 didn't recognize the black cartridge. I worked and worked with it, and tried EVERYTHING I could find on the internet. Now it recognizes the black cartridge, but not the magenta or yellow. This has held up my crafting for over a week now. I am so disgusted with these cartridges.

Initially all four worked fine, after day 3 my printer couldn't detect the black cartridge.
