Love it ! This is adorable and so easy to use. I only wish it was a little tighter when it came to the closure so if it ever fell off the countertop I'd have no worries. But otherwise love it and it is easy to use

Always had an old fashioned sugar bowl with the lid and spoon; and always ended up cleaning the table of spilt sugar. So, this seemed like a great solution. With a lid that stays closed allowing you to move the container without spilling until you reach your cup, plate, bowl, pan or pot and tilt to pour.While it says sugar dispenser it could be used for any fine powder, granules or even liquid. It has a small approximately 6 oz. capacity. It features a screw top type cap and glass container. The glass was easy to clean even without any type of special cleaning equipment. I was able to fully clean it with just a sponge. The cap can be separated into two pieces. Having a small air hole to aid with pouring especially with liquids, the ability to separate and clean is absolutely necessary. I just used sugar but ended up with sugar granules getting in between the cap. A word about the weighted lid; it can still spill if knocked over. The weight just keeps it closed while it remains in the upright position.

I got this for sugar. I needed something that did not take up too much room to keep by my coffee pot. My counter is cluttered enough.I used a small funnel to help pour in the sugar because it is not a wide jar, but that is what I wanted.It pours sugar a bit slow so I tend so shake it a bit. But otherwise it pours fine. The lid has a counter weight so it pops open when you pour then closes when upright. You can pour one handed easily. Plus no worries about insects getting in.Like anything like this, just be sure to not let it sit in steam too long and get wet or the sugar will clog.It is pretty basic but it's does what I need it to do with a small footprint.
