Product Usage:

It is thin the magnets are a little too high for my washing machine needs to be a little longer

I love this mat to iron on as it takes up no space and easy to pull out and use. I placed on my dining table and ironed 100 table napkins for my wedding and it held up and protected my table.

This 'mat' consists of 2 layers of very thin silver colored fabric. I don't know what there is about it that is 'magnetic'. There is also nothing about the fabric that would conclude it is a 'blanket'. I am not returning the two mats I purchased, as it would cost me $6.99 postage. I will try to use them, to see if possibly they reflect the heat back to the garment being pressed. Otherwise, I see no use at all. such as a padded traveling ironing mat could be used.
