better than anything I found at home depot / Lowe's etc. Being rated up to 15 amps (I confirmed with a test melt, can actually withstand a bit more) you can do just about any project that doesn’t require literal jumper cables. Excellent for electrical experiments / projects, very durable, and safe (insulated tips)nice job!

I use them for HVAC work. They are much better than the small alligator jumpers that are normally sold at supply houses. I also like the thicker gauge wire because it allows it to be used for other testing/diagnostic options.

I bought a set of these as they seemed very well built. They are. The ends are very nice. The cord is nice and thick. The connection seems to be very good. They have no problem with sustaining high current flow.Then, one day not so long ago, I accidentally shorted a 12V lithium pack with one of the test leads. It doesn't work that well as a light bulb. Oh, it glows! But, it also smokes a lot and they failed to install a glass bulb around the "filament" so it tries to catch things on fire. Would not recommend using these test leads as a light bulb. I was then required to buy a new set. I plan on instead using this new set as test leads to power small electronics instead.

These jumpers work well for jumping out thermostats and controls in HVAC, they grip quite well on screw heads, and are easy to manipulate. I am note sure I buy the 15 amp rating though.
