If the diameter of your tree or other round mounting area is larger than one of the included rings, then you can use them together as one. just feed one into the other, put around the tree and do the same there. then you have two tightening points also. I had a cable connected to this anchor that withstood hurricane Helen in September 2024, didn't snap or bend at all. I highly recommend this kit.

Love our sails! The went up great and were installed very easy. Even in our bad storms they held up wonderful! You cannot beat the price. And we had some very bad storms lately so they held out and showed our 12x14 sails howTo not move! Zero movement!

I used the accessories to hold and attach the solar shades. They worked as I expected..pleased with the purchase.

The cable loops broke within 30 minutes of installation. Definitely not good enough for this application and the tension needed to hold a shade sail is too much for the weak cable. Do not get this product.

Overall I was happy with my purchase at first, but during installation I realized I should have bought at least 2 kits, possibly 3. The wire ropes failed, didn’t last through install. My project was big (20x30) and ended up having to change gears and go a different way. Probably better for a smaller project.

Firstly, I want to compliment the supplier for sending a properly packaged and complete set as it is described in the listing. All of the components, turnbuckles, carabiner-type hooks, screws with wall anchors, and wall hangers, are high quality and made of rust-resistant stainless steel. There is a lot of adjustment in the turnbuckles. I didn't have to use the cables but they appear to be of good quality. If you do use the cables, I would suggest that you tighten them with caution as these buckles and anchors are able to pull enough to break a cable twice as thick, use a little common sense. They also included large hose clamps for tree mounts which i didn't need or use. At this point, I am extremely happy.

I was glad to have gotten this very complete set, as we used some of all the different components. We had to fit our posts in around plants, etc. so they didn't perfectly fit the sail dimensions. I was glad that we had various options, including just using a carabiner on one corner, using a metal cable on another and a cable plus adjustable turnbuckle on the corner that we tightened it all up. While it had more pieces than we needed, better that than discovering you're lacking something during installation. My sail has only been up a few days, so they haven't yet passed the test of time, but I'm optimistic.

The ropes that originally came with the shade sails frayed and broke...so did the replacement ropes I put on. I put the cables on and so far so good! They've held up to 2 rainstorms and the cat using the sails as a trampoline so far!

Hardware is good value overall, but the wire is a bit skimpy for the intended job as it's a bit light considering it is for tensioning a sun shade sail
