This items works so far but I had to figure it out on my own. Not clear why four screws are provided when I made it work with two. If it holds up I will be very pleased at the savings compared to new RAM visor assembly.

There are no instructions but here's what I figured out. The factory visor mount has a little pop-up, get a thin blade or spudger in the middle and pop it open. The hinge is on the windshield side. Once it is popped open you'll see two torx screws holding the visor into the ceiling. Remove them. I was able to pop the hinge door off, put the spacer in the void, then clip the new mount onto the visor stem. The pre-formed holds on the spacer and mount match the factory holes. I then used two of the included screws and just screwed them in. I wish there was a way to hide the screw heads but given their position nobody will really ever see them, and the black tends to all match. Overall I couldn't be happier with the design and the money I saved being able to use my existing visor.
