This is a very nice hammock for the price. This isn’t high end BUT the rope and construction seem to be quite durable. I would buy this again.It is cotton rope, which I absolutely recommend, so DO NOT leave it to get rained on repeatedly because it will harden the rope and shorten its life expectancy, dramatically.

I got this to hang between 2 trees at some short-term-rental cabins I own. The trees are 14’ apart and each has a 5’ circumference. I bought a pair of 10’ straps off of Amazon and it all fits great, the hammock is the perfect size to go between the trees. My first attempt getting in didn’t go well, it rolled over and I ended up on the ground, haha! So you have to kind of ease into it and make sure you have your balance. I like that it’s open mesh, leaves just go right through it and it doesn’t trap water/ dirt/debris. Not sure how long it was last out in the elements but so far it’s held up fine.

We have a squirrel that thinks hammock ropes are tasty, and it doesn't pay to leave one out overnight. Accordingly, when we went to buy the latest replacement, we bought the cheapest one we could find: this one. When considering what we have paid for hammocks in the past, we were not expecting much. To our surprise, this is the best hammock we have ever purchased. Now we've only had it up for a couple of months, but it is doing well. I don't know what material the ropes are made of, but they are the softest ones we have ever experienced. This is a GREAT buy. We highly recommend it.

Not bad for the price. Replaced a old Nags Head Hammock, just couldn’t go that far with the replacement.

We only layed in this hammock about 4 times since we had it. My husband went to lay in it yesterday and the wood cracked, which made the hammock rope dismantle. It's not usable at this point.

I am returning this item. I was excited to replace our old cotton hammock (which was a higher end product and did not unravel) with this poly blend. The color is great, and the accessories were quite nice. However, the hammock strings started to unravel and get loose out of the bars within a week of using. It also created holes where our feet lay. It's just not strong enough.

This hammock is great.Nice sturdy construction.Roping is well woven and knotted.Comes with all the necessary mounting heavy duty hardware to accommodate various size locations.Have had lots of rain this summer and is holding up well.Seems like a good value purchase.
