I prefer Snap-on but given the lack of tool trucks in my area and a $60 price tag of a tool truck brand I took a chance. It has and continues to perform well professionally. I use this on a 750+ ft lb impact making camber adjustments on struts.I will add that Sunex did warranty one out for me about 6 months ago. So i get about 6 months of heavy use out of them before the pin shears. They hold up well.

So far so good on roughly 10-12 large bolts while doing a transmission swap using an impact wrench. Seems solid and well-built for the price.

We break the snap on and these stand up to a lot of abuse

I'm not sure if it's possible to make a tool like this a bit narrower, but the width is sometimes a problem. Otherwise, it works great.

Really happy with the full set of Sunex impact swivels I purchased. They look good and work great! They are way less than and tool truck brand and in my opinion, will out work the tool truck brands with a lifetime warranty!

Considering the price I was fully expecting to have broken this by now and had to buy another. I don't use it daily, but so far, so good. I'd buy another.
Super Duper!

It arrived promptly. It has a dull flat finish. The joint is dry and does not move very smoothly as delivered. I suspect that it will last longer if cleaned and lubricated regularly with a thick oil, or preferably grease so look into your options. It appears to be very sturdy and well made, however it is one of the more expensive choices, so taking the extra step to keep it clean and lubricated right from your first use on, is what will likely help to ensure that this well built piece can deliver its longest useful life.

Sunex makes great products. Im a full time license auto technician. I must admit Snap On and Mac make good products, but over the years mac has gone down in quality. Although Snap On still maintains a good product the prices are so “out of this world†its really not worth it! Enter Sunex. The perfect middle ground of price, quality, look and longevity. I cant even begin to tell you how much money their 10mm swivel impact socket made me. So I had to buy this and It really does take a beating. Better than master craft and mac in my opinion. Oh and my tool box is mac, and most of my tools are mac or master craft. If you found this helpful please click the link below.

My cheap 1/2" Impact Joint broke with one time use. So, I replace with this. This Joint is strong, no problem with impact.
