It's work! When I received this I was thinking I'd go 30 minutes LOL not. I barely made five minutes, I am now working up to ten minutes... It is a workout if you haven't used those leg muscles in a while but I think it will help my circulation and even cardio... It's well made takes up little space and I'm sure it's a good workout.

This stepper is perfect, I’d ordered one before and sent it back because it just didn’t feel right but this one is great! Came right outta the box ready to go, just had to check the cable and screw on a tension knob, took two minutes tops. This stepper I think is perfect for beginners, the tension is just right, not too loose and not too hard. I get on it for a few minutes several times a day. I have a lot of fun weight loss gadgets that work and I use them daily. I’m not a hardcore kinda fitness person, I like fun exercise, this fits the bill perfectly!

Great quality mini Stepper, it is budget friendly and the size is good for small home space,great for low-impact cardio and toning muscles, it has a smooth stepping motion and it comes with an adjustable tension. The foot pedals are non slip, it's doesn't make alot of noise. It tracks your time, calories and your steps.

I went back and forth on ordering this for a while but I'm so glad I did! It's so easy to just use it for a few minutes here and there when I have time and it actually makes me sweat even after using it for short periods of time. It doesn't take up much space, doesn't make any noise, and doesn't require any setup. Highly recommended!

I bought this because since starting my office job, I have gained weight. I've always struggled with desk jobs because I hate being stationary. I enjoy jobs where I can move around and be active. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes sitting difficult as well. I decided to buy one of these after reading reviews and I absolutely love it. I'm down four pounds already and I've only had it two weeks. It doesn't count every step, but every other step, so every time my LEFT foot goes down, that counts as a step. By the end of my work day, I just times my steps by 2 and enter them in my spreadsheet. I've also noticed that this has helped with my productivity as it keeps me active and helps alleviate mid-day crashes. If I start feeling myself get tired, I just hop on this bad boy and go for about 15 minutes and I'm awake again. As far as noise goes, there's a little noise. The air coming from the hydraulics, but it isn't loud or disruptive. My boss and I share an office and she never hears me while I'm stepping. I've read reviews where it heats up, however I haven't noticed it. That said, I usually get off after 15-20 minutes of stepping and sit for about 30-45 minutes, giving it time to cool off.

The pink one does NOT have the wristbands. The listing doesn't make this obvious enough. Disappointed the nicer color is more expensive but offers less stuff. The bands were one reason I wanted this.But it works fine. Kind of squeeky. Bigger than I thought, but still very compact for a small living space. The color looks exactly like the picture.
