I'll admit, I only glanced at the sizing. If you are looking at this for dabbing purposes, don't do it! 😂 It's sturdy enough, but much bigger than expected.I do however, cook a lot. This makes an awesome tasting spoon since it's nice and long. Also works great for playing with playdough. My grandkid likes using them to eat too. It's her "special spoon".

The photos suggest this is a "normal" spatula/spoon with a solid, rounded "stem" between the business ends. Not the case. The stem is an inverted "V" which is hollow - i.e., a simple stamping.Why is this a big deal? Because most people using an item like this want/need precision handleability and this provides anything but that. The geometry of the stem makes handling astoundingly awkward.I'm not returning simply because I *might* be able to re-work these into something moderately useful. If I were you, though, I'd save myself the hassle and not even bother ordering.

This is my go-to when I’m making my products. I use these for all my different powders and butters. They are a good size and easy to handle. I like the long handles, especially when I’m mixing in beakers.
