I've been practicing yoga for about two and a half years and this is hands down the best firm bolster i've used. I first used this bolster at a Yoga studio in Atlanta and within a week of using this bolster at that yoga studio I went on amazon and ordered one of my own. My only tiny criticism is i wish it was 26" long or came in a longer length option. That being said I only want because I'm so tall and I like using this on end in seated forward fold and lack flexibility in my hips and lower spine. If you want a firm bolster and don't mind some weight to it this is the bolster for you!

I ordered two for support for my bum. These offer amazing support, excellent quality material, craftsmanship is superb, no smell, and firm / a good weight. Highly recommend! 10 Stars from me.

Super firm and not at all flexible. Tight fitting cover with two handles has a long covered zipper so you can take it off and clean it.

This is a very well made bolster. It is great to sit comfortably on but it is too deep to lay back on for comfortable restorative yoga poses. However I am in my 60s and younger people might be just fine with it.

I love this yoga bolster. It’s firm like i need it to be. It is long, but not too long. The firmness allows you two different heights, if you lay it sideways. I had high expectations, and this has exceeded my expectations. I love it! I highly recommend this bolster. And, the price is great.

I ordered this a day ago and it arrived the next day. I was expected to arrive in two weeks, so I was shocked to get it so fast. It is lovely, heavy, solid and well made. I have checked everything over, so it probably is just the smell of where it was stored. There is no mildew smell, just a strong "earthy" odor. No matter, because it is exactly what I wanted and it should be alright after it has time to air out. It is very firm and supportive. I look forward to using it for my Restorative Yoga practice.
