I recently had the opportunity to replace my deck lighting and some of my landscape lighting. I chose SunVie products and am glad I did. The quality of the materials and the clean, bright LEDs are far superior to previous products I would purchase at the big-box DIY stores. Additionally, the post-purchase customer service is unparalleled. I contacted SunVie for a replacement part and had it delivered in a matter of days. I was also impressed with the design and quality of the electrical connectors that SunVie provides. My experience using the connectors supplied with my prior purchases at big-box DIY stores was so dismal that I started buying and using waterproof connectors - an additional expense. I figured I would try the SunVie connectors and found them to be excellent - easy to use and creates tight, secure connections. In addition to the previous SunVie products I’ve installed I recently added the in-ground lights to my lighting scheme. They provide a very attractive accent to the retaining wall that abuts our driveway. SunVie is now my ‘go-to’ provider for all my landscape lighting needs.

They seem very sturdy, put out excellent light, and are easy to install.

Easy to install. They used a new variation of compression connection but once I figured out I had to trim some of the rubber coating off the main low voltage main wire for the spikes to make contact the installed quickly and throw great light.

These lights are compact like you would expect for LEDs, which make it easier to put in the ground, and I like the no glare that comes from the louvered like grate that covers the glass lens, however these are nowhere near as bright as stated, so I can’t see how the glare would be too bright anyway. These replaced some 7 watt 500 lumen lights under some areca palms and they are only about half as bright as those were. Overall, kind of disappointed because my trees don’t “pop†and stand out anymore.UPDATE: I wasn't 100% satisfied with the brightness, as you can see above. Customer service is top notch however and they did what they could to make it right.

I really did my research before purchasing in-ground outdoor landscape lighting - from the big department stores to the variety available here on Amazon, and I’m so happy I decided on Sunvie! I live in Florida where the combination of heat and rain had really put these lights to the test. It’s been 7 months since first installing and not a single issue, from the lights themselves to the wiring, all works great! We have ours set on a timer with the rest of the exterior lights and love the way our home and plants illuminate in the evening. Our home stands out now compared to the neighbors. Will be purchasing again when we start the backyard. Two thumbs up, thanks Sunvie!!

These lights are well built and easy to install but the grates should be movable to deflect the bright light. I am not sure what the background of the engineers responsible for the design, but I would give them an epic fail due to the blinding light that basically points straight up. They are fairly useless for walkway lights unless you like your retina's fried.
