Very handy for entertaining. The ability to control each individually is why I choose this over a water bath model. It didn't disappoint. The clean up was a snap.

I fought and fought with this to get the lid to fit but it really doesn't. If you can get one clip to slide the other one won't. I finally got it to where it seemed to be on okay but I don't have the energy to spend 10 minutes fighting with the lid every time I want to use the thing so I didn't even plug it in I'm just returning. The rubber gasket isn't quite right and there's a metal band around the outside that's loose and I don't know if it's supposed to be that way or not so it's going back.
