We have a sofa that’s several hundred lbs. these sliders work soM good, I can mose the sofa away from the wall when I need to and just push it back in myself. I love these! They have them for carpet as well as hard floors.

We switched from carpeting to beautiful "hardwood" (LPV) floors over most of our home. To protect the new flooring and also make furniture moving easy, we ordered a boatload of various felt bottom sliders...this product and also a different brand of assorted stick-on shapes. All you need to know is that they work, saving your beautiful floors and also making furniture relocation a snap.

I purchased these to move a heavy cabinet. They have worked for me in the past, but the flooring was different. For example, I had laminate and these were able to easily slide against the floor without any problems except at times they would some how disengage from the bottom of the cabinet.I changed my flooring and went to ceramic tile from the laminate. When using these it was like trying to move the cabinet without any sliders. These do not work with ceramic tile that has a matte finish to it. So, I had to give up on my sliders and go to the furniture moving dolly wheels. They work better, but I have the same problem with them not staying on the cabinet while moving it.I do recommend them because they are a good product. They just don't work well with my current floor.
