These help control leaking, fit great in my sons diapers and soft too!! It doesn’t add too much bulk in his diaper either which is nice. Over all I find this product works well for our need and is a good value for the price!

I use regular Sposie booster pads for my 2 year old and normally they work. But lately he's been leaking even with size up overnight diapers and a regular booster pad. I've even tried 2 booster pads and it doesn't help. Found this and figured it was worth a try. It's wider and longer than the regular ones. He's in size 7 overnights and this pretty much fills up the entire diaper without going out the sides or front/back. Used one for the first time last night and NO LEAKS!

These are so long and thick, they fit in my son's XL overnight pullups perfectly and allow him to not leak all night. He is ten and has special needs, and I'm so thankful this product has made our mornings so much easier with less cleanup.

These are marketed towards kids and young adults, but there’s no way these would work for total incontinence. My toddler still occasionally wakes up soaked through, and that’s with a Swaddler and the Super Sposie.

My daughter would leak almost every night even with changing her in the middle of the night. That is until bought these amazing things! They hold so much liquid! They look like those giant pads you wear post partum, but don't let that throw you off. They are super soft, absorbent, and sturdy. I don't find any of the gel on her bottom like I would when she would just wear Pampers over night. Most importantly, she has had a dry bed every night since we started using them. They are a little expensive in my opinion, but totally worth it because I am not having to wash her sheets every morning. I will definitely be giving these as gifts at the next baby shower I attend.

I used these often and they are always out of stock when I need to reorder. They work good for night time leaks. When the don’t have them in stock, it’s frustrating. This has has been an ongoing issue for a year. The company has been nice to send me a couple free boxes when they are oof stock and become available. I’m tired of messaging them and asking when they are coming back in stock. I really wished they would realize the demand and keep up with the stock.3 stars, 1 star because they work well, but don’t prevent all leaks. 2 stars because the customer service is there, but I have to wait weeks to get a box. Minus 2 stars because stock of the this item has been an issue for some time and they don’t prevent leaks 100%.I have given up because I need them now! I have moved one and started using the Amazon super absorbent ladies leak guards that are super absorbent and actually work better to prevent night time leaks. They have a self adhesive pad and work great! Bonus, they are half the cost and I get more. Sorry, Sposie, you lost a customer.
