The Superior Pump 99522 Rubber Boot Check Valve will fit 1-1/2 inch pipe and is made from durable ABS plastic. A high quality weighted flapper valve ensures water remaining in the pipe does not flow back into your sump basin. Package includes one check valve, two rubber boots, and four stainless steel hose clamps.

Works great for my sump pump. I had to replace my sump pump with one that was a different height than old one. So I took the occasion to replumb the inside pipes from the questionable way that the house builder routed it but couldn’t find the size that fit locally. I have a 10 foot up pipe and knew that it needed a check valve. This works great and no problems with installation.

It does the job as a valve, and at this price point it represents good value.It was easy to install and looks to be fair to good quality, however, if you are looking for a quiet valve, this is not the valve to buy.
