The Superior Pump 99544 Rubber Boot Check Valve will fit 1-1/4 inch pipe and is made from durable ABS plastic. A high quality weighted flapper valve ensures water remaining in the pipe does not flow back into your sump basin. Package includes one check valve, two rubber boots, and four stainless steel hose clamps.

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about it not fitting. It fits perfect. It's also quite. Can't hear it at all. Seems to be working flawlessly.

I recently had to purchase two new sump pumps for my basement, both are same manufacturer. Though one of my valves was ok, I purchased two new ones . They work!

bought this item but no amount of clamping could stop the leaks also after 10 minutes the slight vibrations from the pump started the rubber separating from the valve body even though the clamps were tight. the valve body needs a retention ridge cast into the connection part to stop this from happening. Could have been a disaster if we had not caught the problem

Installs easily and works well. Two of the four clamps were faulty(not over tightened)causing valve to leak water from the boot and somewhat defeating the purpose of the valve.
