After having several different types of trays, this one is by far the best! I’ve had multiple bamboo (mold always becomes a problem fairly quickly), plastic (flimsy), & silicon covered metal (too floppy and weak). This solid teak bathtub tray has adjustable drops on bottom, keeping it secured on tub edges, solved so many problems other trays had. Wood is solid, sturdy, and beautiful. The grooved holder for a tablet is deep enough to hold iPad securely. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

I purchased this after looking at many others. I liked the lack of extra "stuff" that comes with some others as well as the lack of the slats and folding pieces. It is one solid and beautiful piece of teakwood that I am hoping will hold up well.

I purchased the Alma Japandi Wood Bath Tray hoping to add a touch of luxury to my primary bathroom soaks. While it ultimately didn't fit my main tub securely, it does function adequately in my guest bathrooms. However, considering the price point, I was left somewhat disappointed with the overall quality and finish.Pros: + Functionality: The tray effectively holds a drink, phone, and even an iPad, depending on the thickness of your case. It serves its core purpose of providing a convenient surface over the tub. + Sustainable Materials: The use of FSC-certified teak wood is a definite plus, appealing to environmentally conscious consumers. Teak is known for its water resistance, which is essential for a bath tray. + Adjustable Legs: The attachable legs offer some flexibility in positioning the tray, which can be helpful for accommodating different tub sizes and user preferences.Cons: - Disappointing Finish: The product photos depict a smooth, varnished finish with a luxurious sheen. Unfortunately, the tray I received lacked this premium look and feel. The finish appeared less polished and refined than expected, which detracts from the overall aesthetic. - Narrow Device Slot: While the tray can hold a phone or tablet, the slot designed for these devices is a bit narrow. This can be problematic for those with thicker protective cases. - Fit Issues: The tray is advertised for standard tubs, but it didn't fit securely on my primary bathroom tub. Measuring your tub carefully before purchasing is crucial, as the "one size fits all" claim may not hold true. - Price vs. Quality: The biggest drawback is the perceived value. The price point suggests a higher level of quality and craftsmanship, but the actual product doesn't quite live up to this expectation.Who I'd recommend it to: - Those with smaller, standard-sized tubs who prioritize functionality over a high-end aesthetic. - Buyers who appreciate the use of sustainable materials. - Individuals looking for a basic bath tray without expecting a luxurious experience.Who might want to look elsewhere: - Anyone with a larger or non-standard sized tub. - Buyers seeking a truly luxurious bath tray with a flawless finish. - Those who are sensitive to price-to-quality ratios.Additional Tips: - Double-check your tub measurements before purchasing to ensure a proper fit. - Consider the thickness of your phone or tablet case, as the device slot may be too narrow for some. - If a premium look and feel are paramount, be prepared to potentially be disappointed with the finish. In conclusion, the Alma Japandi Wood Bath Tray offers decent functionality and utilizes sustainable materials. However, the inconsistent finish, narrow device slot, and potential fit issues detract from its overall value. While it might suffice for those prioritizing basic functionality and sustainability, buyers seeking a truly luxurious and aesthetically pleasing bath tray experience, especially at this price, might want to explore alternative options. Measure your tub carefully and temper your expectations regarding the finish to avoid disappointment.

This bath tray is so nice! I was a little worried about the length of it because I have wider tub, but it works wonderfully! It has little divots for cups so they don’t slide on the tray which is really helpful. The grain of the wood is gorgeous. It also comes with a really soft little towel that I’ve been using. Really like this tray!!!

Well made with beautiful quality Teak. There are three rows of adjustable screw holes for the cross bars on the bottom which allows for various width. My Kohler tub is in an alcove & wider than standard but it fits great. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We spent quite some time searching for a minimalistic teak bath tray, and we’re thrilled to have found this one. Its design is simple, elegant, and natural, perfectly complementing our bathroom decor. The quality is impressive and feels sturdier than many other teak options we've encountered, all at a more affordable price. While it doesn’t include a book holder, this isn't a major concern for us since we don’t read in the tub. I truly enjoy the calming aesthetic it brings during the rare occasions when we take a bath.
