44-Key Controller DIY function setting steps
- Step 1: turn on the lights. Press one of the RGB buttons. For example, press red button if you want to DIY red color.
- Step 2: Press the DIY1 button (the lights will change to white color for the first time).
- Step 3: Press and hold (at least 5 seconds) green and blue down arrow buttons, the lights will start changing. If you need lighter red color, press and hold the red up button, the longer you hold, the lighter red color you have. You can also press green and blue down, the changing will be more clearly.
- Step 4: Keep the color you just set by pressing the DIY1 button again.
- Step 5: Repeat the steps above to set the rest of five DIYs.
Tips
- If the buttons don't control the right colors, our controller can easily solve the problem.
- First, you can press the remote control switch button , turn off the light strip.
- Then press the "FADE7" button in the lower right corner, the light strip will flash. Then press the three keys R.G.B to adjust to the color you want and press the switch button to turn on the light strip, the buttons can control the correct color.
- If not, repeat the above steps until the button can control the correct color.
- There are 6 kinds of line sequence.

I bought two Of these units for under cabinet lighting in my kitchen. The receivers paired with one remote, which was fantastic, so I can control all sections of lighting with one remote. Color functions are fun. There is even an ultra violet color choice, which I will not use in the summer when I have open windows- it attracts bugs! LOL! (That’s why UV lights are found on bug zappers!) Easy to set up. When I install more lights, this is the controller I will buy.

Ordered Dec 2 2017 worked until Feb 14th 2018. Not very good run time. Only a 30 day return period so now will have to buy another one.Update - seller replaced with new unit. We will see how long it lasts.2nd Update The replacement unit was DOA it did not work at all!!

i broke my other light in half three days ago and this came the very next day i ordered it. i kept the censor i had from last time because it has to of the light outlets instead of one (the one it came with only had one) but it works just ask great and is way more sturdier than expected.

Worked better than expected! I've created a DIY color for each of the buttons and all other features work well. The only thing I wish the unit could do is have the ability to change the brightness of the DIY colors and the other flashes and fades just like you can with the stock colors.

When connected to string of light,only red would work and not on the red button. I tried to see how to see how to par but with no success. Looked for a way to some kinda support again with no luck, update: support was great giving instruction to fix issue with no luck. Stated what I would receive a replacement.. will update again on receiving the replacement and giving it a go.

So the main reason I got this was because I lost the original remote that came with my lights. I didnt need the signal as I had already had the original that I had hooked up.I had a bit of a pain getting it as for some reason the package was not being delivered which I can chalk up to maybe an issue with the shipping. Ended up cancelling the order and reordering it, getting it in 2 days (prime shipping).The remote itself works just as expected with my lights in my room. Maybe my only issue is that the red buttons are blue on the lights and the blue buttons are red? I can probably say thats because I'm using the original signal and not the one packaged.Overall, it works as expected and good for a replacement or secondary remote.

Sooo i ordered this thinking the control box that came with my light strip was going out. turns out it wasn't (found out when i hooked up the new one) and honestly i am happy i thought it was. the controller has way more options than the original one i got.i can use either preset colors or i can make up my own using the DIY buttons. the flash options are rather nice as well and several to choose from. plus got a email a few days later wanting to make sure i am happy with there product or if there was anything wrong. i am happy to report i am very happy with this product!
