Flexipans work exceptionally well in ventilated and deck electric ovens, although temperatures and baking times will vary based on the oven used. The Cheesekcake 10.06" Flexipans versatility comes from its fiber glass and food grade silicone construction. Silicone fiber glass creates a textile that is durable, flexible, non-stick and excellent at conducting heat. To remove products from your Flexipan bend the mold around jellied or frozen items. If you're removing a baked product simply turn the pan upside down. To clean the pan soak in hot soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge. I had the deeper one and I lost it somewhere, I can make so many things in this and they hold up extremely well
