Surebonder TriggerFire Staple Gun

The first trigger operated staple gun

Surebonder has always been a trendsetter in the fastening market. That statement holds true as shown by the unique and appealing aesthetics of the TriggerFire staple gun. The first feature that catches your eye is the groundbreaking green trigger. This trigger allows for powerful one-handed stapling without having to squeeze the handle in awkward positions. Simply set the green dial to trigger mode and squeeze the handle. You are now primed to fire a staple with the pull of a trigger.

  • Tigger Mode: Squeeze the handle then pull the trigger when ready to fire.
  • Normal Mode: Squeeze the handle to fire (same process as a "normal" staple gun)
  • Great for use in tight spaces or hard to reach places
  • Compatible with both Surebonder #4 staples and Arrow T50 staples

Step 1: Squeeze the handle

Step 1

Step 2: Position the staple gun on the material that you want to staple

Step 2

Step 3: Pull the trigger to drive the staple

Step 3

TriggerFire is great for upholstery, insulation, and general repairs

This heavy duty stapler works well. I used it to staple a new piece of scrap carpet to a scratching post. I have arthritis and a poor grip. You can set these to use a trigger to release the staple. So easy on the hands!

Love the 2phase trigger. Lock it in place, position right where you want it, and fire! First task was to reupholster 8 dining room chairs. My old Dewalt stapler got loaned out (never to be seen again) so I considered this as an alternative. Made short order of the work on the chairs. Powerful, easy to use, and half the price of a Dewalt. I went back to the fabric shop to show the clerks there how great this tool was. They recommend it to all their upholstery customers now.

I really want to like this stapler! And I do except that it's almost too powerful. Yes, you can adjust the pressure like it states but adjusting it doesn't make much difference. The staples sink ALL THE WAY into the wood, just to varying degrees. And unfortunately, I have to use a spacer (just a burlap square) when stapling my bows to 1/4" wood door hangers. If I don't the staples sink all the way through to the back. These are customer orders and I won't send them out damaged like that! This is a major inconvenience for me costing me time and materials.Other than that...this is a nice, powerful but pretty quiet stapler. I especially like the trigger pull! I just wish they made staples shorter than 1/4"

Solidly built and feels like it will last me a lot of years. The advertised lower effort to use is legitimate, being significantly easier to use than my old stapler I'm replacing. I'm not really sure when or why I'll need the secondary trigger mode, but if I ever do it works well. Would definitely recommend to others, especially at it's attractive price point.

This is by far the best staple gun I have ever used it very easy to load just pay attention to the sticker on bottom were staples go. The idea behind this is great I love the trigger design of the gun. If you buy it you will be patting yourself on the back my use with this was so simple but very affected. Happy here.

My very first gun. I did not expect the power it has so impressed by that. It is easy to use and I love the trigger action. Although it takes a strong grip to squeeze the handle for it to staple and my hand gets tired and sore. I have to rest it after a while but I’m over 60 so that’s a factor. The fact that I can use with somewhat ease is a big plus for me. Haha. I don’t think it’s is extremely hard just felt hard for me.

I've tried a few different "medium duty" staplers to replace my old T50. I never thought I'd say it's not a slog to staple fencing anymore with this stapler. The force selector switch is great, never had one before. No more tearing mesh screen with the "please don't ruin this" lighter setting. And the "ok do you thing" heavy setting is strong but doesn't sink the staple or mar the surface. Both settings are SO much easier to staple than any other stapler I've used. My hand still has feeling in it after 100 staples. My arthritis is less unhappy too.I've tried the trigger feature, it's actually kind of neat, but only for a situation where you are not trying to rapid fire and taking your time. I find in either mode that my staples are much more accurate when trying to staple deer fencing and cabling. I haven't ruined any Christmas lights this year.I did have a small issue a few months after purchasing, but the seller was quick to reply and resolve the issue.
