Appears sturdy. Good price point. However some of the holes have not been completely drilled out and will likely need a metal drill to complete the construction. Ideally would ask for a replacement arm instead of a return, however cannot find a link to contact the seller or manufacturer….Update: the seller promptly and cordially responded to this review and offered to replace the item

Fit all our boards from short boards to long boards. Does the job, came with the correct screws etc. Easy to install. Looks good.

Serves its purpose, some of the holes are missing and are not aligned so we had a hard time securing the screws. Other than that, it is a great product for the price.

I technically got this surf rack installed and working, but it's a mess.Three screw holes to insert the pegs were not fully drilled out. I don't have a drill bit sharp enough to drill metal so I can't fix it. I had to use duct tape to secure two pegs.For the pegs that were drilled properly, there is exposed metal screw heads and tails in each surfboard slot. These exposed screws scratch fiberglass boards easily.I can probably make this work if I go buy a bunch of foam and duct tape to cover the exposed metal, but I shouldn't have to do that.Skip this rack and choose a different one instead.

Great quality and super easy installation. We needed to get our boards organized in our garage! This helped so much and the pad for the bottom of the boards is great!

Was excited to get this on my wall to organize my quiver. Problems started at assembly. There were 3 holes that were not punched all the way through the holder to attach the bars. Second issue was attaching to wall. After two attempts, one with there supplied small hardware and the second attempt with beefier hardware I had on hand, the unit continued to sag. Both attempts were in a stud. Lastly the mat that came with the unit was a glorified mouse pad about 5mm thick, not really going to protect the tail with that thickness. Overall, stay. away from this China made product. I already returned mine and will be looking elsewhere to find something to organize my quiver.

Easy to assemble and install. Would recommend using heavy duty wall anchors if going on a thin garage wall like mine. There were screws and anchors supplied but anchor was a little loose for my liking. Perfect for what i needed, and assembly+install less then 10 minutes tops. Appreciated the foam mat that the boards can rest on instead of hard floor.
