There’s a lot of different choices of thermal printers you can go with. I chose this one. It was on discount a little bit and it was well worth it. printed at least 30 labels already they are all good quality. I have no complaints, the app they tell you to use is pretty simple as well. One thing to know is that it does not come with any thermal labels to start with so if you buy this, make sure you have some labels, it comes with a few showing you the quality control but they are already used of course. Setup is easy too!

Works awesome for shopping stuff out on eBay. No problems with it so far. Very happy with my purchase. Prints quickly, and easy to use.

As a tech savvy human, I felt pretty low about this one.Terrible machine for set up, and use.Options are in Asian language in the print menu. Ridiculous to sell in primarily English market and not provide English options.There are not manuals. You have to watch YouTube videos that are super sonic speed.Description here states it can do small labels— it cannot. It never worked on a 2x3. It’s not even an option in the print menu. (For the two that are in English read numbers! Since I don’t read the language it’s printed in, I couldn’t say if they have numbers or not.) I tried to make custom size label per tech support website, and it did not work.Rarely it connected to Bluetooth but kept losing connectivity.Fine if all you want to print is 4x6 shipping labels from a photo only from laptop.The iOS phone app did not work. Says you can print circles, but it never aligned, no matter how many times I reset the printer, performed alignments, etc.After five hours and 3 rolls of labels wasted, I gave up.The only thing it printed was the shipping label to send it back!! I’m over it!

I was so pissed off when I got this . . the machine looks perfectly good but it did NOT include even one label to try the printer. I was so anxious to get this and try it out. I was going to order the correct paper as soon as I tried it. Can you believe they do not give even ONE paper to try. If I have to wait another week for the paper I may as well order another machine. I'm sending it back - I don't trust a company that can't give you one damn sample with the machine.

I love this printer its small I can take it anywhere prints perfect labels for my cookie business and was so easy to connect to my phone.
